Grime Cocoa (Papua)
Flavor profile description
Grown among many trees in the forest, this cocoa develops a complex character, with notes reminiscent of deep, dark wood, layered with mint spice and savory tones. Roasty nuances and a slight sweetness make it an excellent ingredient for products that aim to deliver rich flavor without relying on excessive sugar.
